South Australian Coastline

South Australian Coastline

I've seen pictures and video of the beautiful South Australian
coastline throughout my life. To actually be here in person was
exciting. We drove along the coast, stoping along the way, exploring
the many beaches and trails that lead to amazing geological formations
like The 12 Apostles, London Bridge, The Grotto and others. It was a
beautiful sunny day and we really enjoyed it. It only takes a half day
to a day to explore this part of the coastline and is well worth the
time.

Afterwards we headed to Warrnambool and stayed at the Discovery
Holiday park for a couple of days. We decided to splurge on one of
their economy cabins and had our own kitchen, bathroom and a warm bed
to stretch out in. A nice break from the car.

Truth be told, we started reading The Hunger Games trilogy a day
earlier in Bimbi Park and we were itching to read the rest so we
hunkered down in Warrnambool to knock out the last two books. We
really got into the books and thoroughly enjoyed them...couldn't put
them down. Go pick them up at your local bookstore or get them online
at Amazon. You won't regret it!

We continued our journey through Adelaide, stopping briefly for some
sight seeing and to find some Mexican Food...we were craving it and
needed a fix. Mexican food wasn't easy to come by but we eventually
found a place. We walked in and it looked good and smelled good. We
both opted for nachos. Two plates of nachos cost us $54!!!! What!?!?!
Crazy right? We decided to just give it a go and hope they were the
best nachos of our lives. They were...mediocre at best.
Word to the wise: Unless you have really reliable info on good Mexican
food in Adelaide, we suggest you eat something else.
